Volleyball Update from Day 1 of Granbury Tournament

Granbury TX – Stephenville went 1-2 on the day at the Granbury tournament playing at 8, 10 and 1:00.

In match one, the Bees went to three sets with Keller Fossil Ridge before falling 1-2 (25-15, 12-25, 18-25).  Game two was against Frendship Memorial with the Bees topping the Panthers 2-0 (25-17, 25-18).  In the final match of the day, Stephenville played a close one with Clifton, eventually losing 0-2 (16-25, 22-25) in the contest.

Stephenville goes to 5-7 on the season.  They are back in Granbury on Friday, August 21, with matches slated for 4:00, 6:00 and 8:00 p.m.
