Tennis Team Capture Big Wins in Mansfield

Mansfield, TX – (Photos by Angela Haynes) The Stephenville varsity tennis team hit the road today, traveling to Lake Ridge High School in Mansfield—and they didn’t come back empty-handed! Our athletes played great and are bringing home some well-earned hardware.
Gabe Cortez & Derick Hunter dominated the court once again, capturing 1st place in Boys Doubles with a stellar showing.

Rose Cordes also took home 1st place in Girls Singles, securing the win with an impressive 6-1 victory.
Olivia Cortez battled her way to a 3rd place finish in Girls Doubles, rounding out a successful day for the Yellow Jackets.
