Tennis Regional Wrap-Up

Lubbock, TX – After an intense couple of days of competition, the Regional Tennis Tournament in Lubbock has wrapped up.

Rose Cordes had a stellar showing, winning her first three rounds with impressive performances. In the final round of the Girls Singles Regional Championship, she came up just short of the title but secured the Regional Silver Medal. Rose will now advance to the State Tournament in San Antonio, proudly representing Stephenville High School. The State Tournament will take place this Thursday and Friday, May 15–16.

In Boys Doubles, the team of Gabe Cortez and Derrick Hunter delivered a strong effort and finished 4th overall in the regional competition.
