Stephenville Unable to Hold Off Brownwood

Stephenville TX – The Bees and Jackets tennis team fought until the end on Thursday, but the Lions came out on top, 11-8.

Stephenville and Brownwood resumed play Thursday after weather forced the postponement of their regularly scheduled match on Thursday, September 10. The match was back and forth throughout, but the Lions managed to gain the upper hand and secure the victory.

 

With the loss, Stephenville falls to 0-4 in district play. The Bees and Jackets will travel to Glen Rose on Tuesday, September 22, with first serve scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
