Stephenville Tennis Shines at Granbury Tournament

Granbury, TX – The Stephenville High School Tennis Team delivered an impressive performance at the Granbury Tournament on Wednesday, earning several top finishes.

Seniors Gabe Cortez and Derick Hunter dominated the competition, claiming the Championship Doubles title in the A Bracket with decisive victories of 6-0 and 6-4.

In girls’ singles, sophomore Olivia Cortez secured first place in the Girls A Consolation Bracket, winning a hard-fought match that ended in a 7-5 tiebreaker after an 8-8 draw.
