Jackets Sweep Oklahoma
03/19/2025

The Jacket offense came to life in the bottom of the sixth inning on Wednesday afternoon to score two and pull ahead 3-1 in a tight game. Stephenville’s offense in the sixth wouldn’t have mattered against Claremore, OK if not for starter Gabe Elms going six innings and only giving up one run to keep the Jackets in the contest. Eve Campos would get the save throwing the seventh inning and Stephenville would finish 4-0 in the Oklahoma tournament.
Stephenville has now completed the non-district portion of their schedule, riding a nine game winning streak. The overall record moves to 14-2-2. The Jackets open district next week hosting Brownwood on Tuesday evening.
