Jackets Gear Up: ’25 Preseason Scrimmage Schedule

Stephenville, TX – Before the Friday night lights come on for real, the Stephenville Yellow Jackets are putting in the work—and fans will get an early glimpse of the 2025 squad during their preseason scrimmages.

With three preseason tune-ups scheduled, including two matchups against strong programs and the always-exciting Blue vs. Gold scrimmage, Jacket Nation will have plenty of chances to see who’s stepping up, who’s returning strong, and who’s ready to lead this fall.

A Stephenville tradition—watch as the Jackets go head-to-head in a competitive team split scrimmage that kicks off the football season in the Cowboy Capital.

A solid road test early in camp, this joint scrimmage gives players their first live reps against outside competition.

vs. Brock
🕔 5:00–9:00 PM | 📍 Art Briles Stadium
Stephenville hosts perennial contender Brock for its final preseason tune-up under the home lights. Expect intensity and a preview of game-speed action.
