Jackets Are Track & Field District Champs; Tooley and Rust Break School Records

Graham TX – Stephenville competed on Wednesday and Thursday in the District 6-4A Track and Field Meet in Graham.  The Yellow Jackets came away District Champions with a combined team score of 202.  Jacob Tooley broke a school record in the 3200M run with a time of 9:40.67.  Tooley also placed the the 1600M and 800M runs.

Halee Rust set a new school record in the 1600M run, recording a time of 5:17.67, she also placed in the 3200M run and ran the anchor leg in the 4x400M relay that placed third.  The Honeybees placed third as a team with an overall score of 107.
