Honeybees, Regional Semi-Finals Champs

Burkburnett, TX – The Stephenville Honeybees are heading to the Regional Finals after a thrilling victory over West Plains in their Regional Semifinal match. After regulation ended in a 0-0 draw followed by Extra Time ending also nil-nil, the game came down to penalty kicks. The Honeybees would deliver with their PK’s. Miley Slaby, Aaliyah Thayer, and Reese Schrutka stepped up and buried their shots, securing a 3-1 advantage in the shootout to punch their ticket to the next round.

The Bees Regional Final opponent will be Waxahachie Life on Tuesday at 7pm at Mansfield’s Newsom Stadium.
