Honeybees Clinch Bi-District Championship over Lady Steers

Merkel TX – Your Stephenville Honeybees captured the Bi-District Championship 3-1 tonight in a decisive win over Big Spring.  Stephenville won the first (25-10), third (25-9) and fourth (25-13)  sets while Big Spring managed to win a close second set (23-25).

The Honeybees spread the offense well tonight, with several players getting kills throughout the match. Few service errors and a strong defensive effort helped Stephenville secure the victory.

With the win, the Bees advance to the Area Round of the Playoffs on Monday, November 3rd, at the Weatherford Ninth Grad Center, where they will face Decatur.
