Honeybee Basketball Hosts Annual Summer Basketball Camp

Stephenville TX – The Stephenville Honeybees Annual Basketball Camp was held last week at Gandy Gymnasium and was a success with 143 campers in attendance. Throughout the three-day camp, future Honeybees enjoyed themed days including Crazy Socks Day on Monday, Neon Day on Tuesday, and Blue/Gold Day on Wednesday.

Campers worked on basketball skills each day, including shooting, layups, passing, ball handling and defense. The camp concluded with a 5v5 tournament, so campers could show off the skills they learned throughout the week.

Each day, outstanding campers were recognized as Campers of the Day. At the conclusion of camp, special awards were presented for Campers of the Week, Layup Challenge winners, Hotshot winners, and the champions of the 5v5 tournament.

The future of Stephenville Honeybee Basketball looks bright.
