Hill’s Power on Display as Bees Sting Lady Tigers

Stephenville TX – In the final home game of the season, the Stephenville Honeybees stung the Glen Rose Lady Tigers 14-4 on senior night. Marin Hill homered in the first and sixth innings, driving in five runs on the two hits.  Kenzie Black and Molly Hatton collected two hits each and Ava Williams had one hit and one RBI on the night.  Stephenville showed patience at the plate drawing 10 walks and only striking out twice.

Ally Ellibee started in the circle for the Bees.  The right-hander gave up five hits and two runs, only walking two in six innings.

Four seniors, Ava Williams, Fallan Everett, Macy Parker and Mattie-Lynn Dunnam were honored on Friday night for their hard work and dedication to the Honeybee softball program.

Stephenville will start their playoff run next week against Big Spring, location, time and date are still to be determined.
