Final Test Before the 2025 Season Kickoff

Stephenville, TX – The Stephenville Yellow Jacket JV and Varsity football teams are set to host the Brock Eagles tonight, Thursday, August 21, at the brand-new Art Briles Stadium. The evening begins with JV action at 6:00 p.m., followed by the Varsity matchup under the lights.
This matchup is especially exciting as it marks one of the very first showcases at the newly constructed stadium, giving fans a thrilling preview of what’s to come this season. The Yellow Jackets enter ranked No. 4 in Class 4A Division I, while the Eagles also hold the No. 4 spot in Class 4A Division II.
With both teams carrying high expectations, tonight’s scrimmage will serve as a strong measuring stick before regular season play kicks off next Friday.
