Cross Country is off and Running

Stephenville TX – The 2026 Stephenville Cross Country season is officially under way with the athletes reporting for their first practice on Monday.  The Honeybees and Yellow Jackets look to excel and improve in each race and are excited about their upcoming season.  They kick off with their first meet on Friday, August 8, in Mansfield.

After much success last year, Coach Phelps and Coach Cleland look forward to the 2026 season and the success of the runners.  Stephenville will participate in several meets in preparation for the district meet scheduled for mid October.  Stay tuned to villesports.net for Cross Country updates throughout the season.
