Bees Topple Lady Lions Behind Foreman’s Record Performance

Brownwood, TX — The Stephenville Honeybees were on the road Tuesday night and took care of business, defeating Brownwood 3–1. Stephenville came out strong, winning the first two sets (25–17, 25–14) before dropping the third (22–25). The Bees regrouped to close out the match (25-14) in the fourth set.
Senior outside hitter Allegra Foreman had a record-setting performance, finishing with 31 kills, 2 blocks, and 1 ace. Foreman’s dominance pushed her career total past 1,000 kills, a major milestone in her career as a Honeybee.

The victory improves Stephenville’s district record to 4–1.
The second round of district play begins Friday, October 10th, as Honeybees host Brock in Gandy Gymnasium at 4:30.
