Bees Too Much for Pirates

Crawford TX – The Stephenville Honeybees capped off the preseason with a comeback victory over the Crawford Pirates on Friday, rallying from two sets down to win 3-2 (17-25, 13-25, 25-22, 25-17, 15-8).   After dropping the first two sets, Stephenville battled back to take the final three, closing out set five in dominant fashion, 15-8.

Friday’s win moves Stephenville to 15-14 on the season and gives the Honeybees a strong finish before District begins.

Stephenville will open District play on Tuesday, September 22, at Glen Rose. First serve is set for 6:00 p.m.
