Bees Quiet Lady Tigers in Close District 6-4A Match

Stephenville TX – The Stephenville Honeybees took the victory tonight, 3-1, in a hard fought match with the Glen Rose Lady Tigers.  Stephenville won the first (25-22), third (25-14) and fourth (25-17) sets, only falling is the (23-25) in the second.  Low service errors which have been a strong point for the Bees in district play, helped lift the Bees over the Lady Tigers.

Tonight’s win brings Stephenville’s district record to 7-2 with one match left in District 6-4A.  The Honeybees host district rival Brownwood at home on Friday, October 24th in Gandy Gymnasium, first serve at 4:00.
