Bees Golf Takes Top Three Places in Final Fall Tournament

Benbrook TX – The Stephenville Honeybees golf team wrapped up its fall season on Tuesday, claiming first, second and third place at the Alternate Shot Tournament in Benbrook.  The tournament consisted of two-player teams competing in an alternate-shot format, with teammates taking turns hitting the ball until each hole was completed.

Leading the way for Stephenville were freshmen Grace Wilson and Remi Wilson, who captured first place.  Senior Kenzi Black and junior Lucia Walton teamed up to earn second place, while freshmen Hannah Allen and Taylor Brink secured third place.  This gave the Bees a sweep of the top three places in the tournament.

Stephenville added another top-five finish as seniors Brooklyn Hardin and Karahli Wilson placed fifth.

The Honeybees will return to the course next semester when spring golf begins.
