Bees Fall in District 6-4A Opener

Stephenville TX – In the District 6-4A home opener, the No. 5 Brock Lady Eagles defeated Stephenville 52–18 on Friday night at Gandy Gymnasium.

It was a tough night on the hardwood for the Honeybees, but they will bounce back as district play continues. Stephenville was led in scoring by Brinley Hall with seven points, Iza Vandalsem and Olivia Cortez each added four points, Laynee Hodges finished with two, and Audrey McClendon rounded out the scoring with one point.

With the loss, Stephenville’s season record moves to 15–8 overall and 0–1 in district play. As district 6-4A continues, the Bees will host Graham on Tuesday, January 13th at 7:00 p.m.
