Another Week at Ville Sports!
We’re buzzing with excitement after an incredible week of Stephenville sports action.
Let’s take a look back at how our Jackets and Bees performed last week!
🏐 Honeybee Volleyball
The Honeybees had an outstanding week on the court.
They opened Tuesday night at home, sweeping Mineral Wells 3–0 (25–17, 25–16, 25–10). The Bees’ dominant performance boosted their district record to 5–2 and season record to 29–11.
They carried that momentum into Friday, taking down Graham on the road in another clean 3–0 victory. The Honeybees now sit 6–2 in district play, holding strong in second place.
🏈 Yellow Jacket Football
The Jackets kept their winning streak alive in commanding fashion, defeating Marble Falls 65–7. The victory moves Stephenville to a perfect 7–0 on the season and 1–0 in District 4-4A play.
🔜 Coming Up This Week
Tuesday, Oct. 21
- 9:00 AM — Cross Country takes to the trails at Mae Simmons Park in Lubbock for the Region 1-4A Meet.
- 6:00 PM — Honeybee Volleyball is back at home, hosting Glen Rose in Gandy Gym.
Friday, Oct. 24
- 4:30 PM — Honeybee Volleyball hosts Brownwood for another home-court battle. Let’s go, Bees!
- 7:30 PM — The bright lights of Art Briles Stadium will shine for the Yellow Jackets vs. Lampasas showdown.
