Jackets Finish Regular Season 10-0; Beat Burnet 49-0

Stephenville, TX– Stephenville had nothing to play for as far as the seating for the upcoming playoffs, but don’t tell the team that. It was Senior Night at Mike Copeland Field at Art Briles Stadium and the team wanted to finish the regular season in the same way it had been played all year, with domination. The Jackets won 49-0 over Burnet and finished district by only giving up two touchdowns.

A full wrap-up with stats will be posted on Sunday evening. Up next for Stephenville, the beginning of the playoffs with the Bi District Round. The Jackets will play Pecos at Abilene Wylie on Thursday at 7pm. Stephenville will be the visiting team.
