Honeybee Volleyball’s LaDuque Hits Career Milestone

The Honeybees gave Jacket Nation plenty to cheer about Monday night with their win over NCTA, but the spotlight belonged to senior setter Stevie-Kate LaDuque, who reached an incredible career milestone—2,000 assists!

LaDuque’s milestone came during a hard-fought match, where her precise sets and quick decision-making helped the Honeybees secure the victory. Her achievement highlights the consistency and impact she has had on the team throughout her Honeybee career.

The Honeybees carry a 24-8 record this season and are currently ranked 21st in Class 4A by the Texas Girls’ Coaches Association. Their momentum continues Friday afternoon when they return home to Gandy Gym to host Abilene Wylie. First serve is set for 4:30 p.m. in what will be the Bees’ final match before District 6-4A play begins next week.
