Stephenville’s cross country teams finished strong at the Burleson Centennial “Green Monster” Spartan Invite this morning. On the tough, course with a very large hill, the Honeybees placed 3rd and the Jackets 10th.

Bees: Three runners finished in the top 20 — Halle Rust (4th, 20:02.89), Miley Magin (6th, 20:09.75), and Bellamy McEvoy (20th, 21:29.65).

Jackets: Jacoby Tooley earned 2nd place with a time of 16:29.85.
Stephenville competed well against mostly 5A and 6A schools. Their next meet is Thursday, August 28th, in Midlothian.
